Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bohomoon finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our £10 sale, items must be in their original packaging and unworn to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Bohomoon pouch or box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
